This affordable, easy-to-build metal house kit features a 3-bedroom, 2-bath layout with 1,536 sq. ft. of living space and a 288 sq. ft. porch, totaling 1,824 sq. ft. Shipping is included in the price. The kit includes all necessary roofing and siding metal (29-gauge, 40-year warranty) and framing materials. While OSB sheathing is available as an upgrade, many customers opt to source it locally.
